GROUP COACHING SUPERVISION CIRCLES

For coaches who want to deepen their practice over time...

A small, ongoing space for reflection intended for coaches that want to continue to expand who they are, how they show up and the impact that they create for their clients, and the greater world at large.

"I had the pleasure to be supervised by Melissa. She has a strong ability to analyze cases with efficiency and to reframe them into opportunities that facilitate personal & professional development for coaches. I strongly recommend her supervision services."

THE SPACE

What does Group Coaching Supervision look like?

Over time, there is something different that begins to emerge when the same group of coaches comes together consistently.

The work becomes more familiar.
Patterns become more visible.
And there is space to stay with things for longer.

These supervision circles are designed as small, ongoing groups for coaches who want a more continuous, deep

and reflective way of developing their practice.

These circles are small by design. A group of 5–6 coaches meeting regularly, creating a space where:

• there is continuity between sessions
• your work can be explored in more depth
• patterns can be noticed as they repeat
• reflection becomes part of your ongoing practice

This is not a space for quick answers. It is a space to bring your work as it is — sometimes clear, sometimes less so
— and to explore it in a thoughtful and considered way.

“Supervision is the mirror that allows coaches to see their true selves,

revealing areas for growth and affirming their strengths.”

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

What topics can I bring to group coaching supervision?

Sessions are shaped by what you bring:

- A moment from a coaching conversation.
- A situation that stayed with you.
- A pattern you are beginning to notice.

We stay with these moments.

Looking not only at what happened, but what may have been happening underneath.

From a gestalt perspective, this often means bringing awareness to what is present in the moment.

From a psychodynamic and transactional perspective, it may involve noticing how you position yourself in the interaction,

and how that shapes the work.

Over time, this allows for a deeper understanding of your practice - and you.

Not through adding something new, but through seeing more clearly what is already there.

"Melissa has been such a positive & supportive coaching supervisor.

Melissa's coaching techniques, personality and gentle approach helped me build trust with her very quickly, allowing me to freely express myself & explore new ideas. Melissa has also been extremely effective at helping me deepen my self-awareness and brainstorm solutions to complex situations which have helped me grow personally & professionally.

What I also love about Melissa's coaching supervision is that she provides me with a great sound boarding for ideas by asking insightful questions and providing me with constructive feedback - which I can reflect further on after our sessions and put into action.

To conclude, I would strongly recommend Melissa to be your coaching supervisor. She will really make a difference to your coaching prowess and I am so glad she was recommended to me."

THE EXPERIENCE YOU CAN EXPECT

Why Group Coaching Supervision might suit you...

Working in a consistent group creates something that cannot be replicated in one-off sessions.

There is:

• greater trust with more people
• shared understanding of each other’s work
• the ability to return to themes over time with your group

This allows the work to unfold more gradually, and often more meaningfully.

“Coaching supervision is like sharpening the saw; it’s essential for maintaining

the edge needed to effectively serve others.” - Steve Covey (adapted)
