GROUP COACHING SUPERVISION CIRCLES

For coaches deepening their practice over time...

There is something uniquely valuable about reflecting alongside other practitioners. Supervision circles offer space not only for your own exploration, but also for the shared learning, relational awareness, and insight that can emerge through witnessing the work of others. This supports deeper professional development over time.

These circles are small by design. A group of 4–6 coaches meeting regularly, creating a space where:

- there is continuity between sessions
- your work can be explored in more depth
- patterns can be noticed as they repeat
- reflection becomes part of your ongoing practice

Working in a consistent group creates something that cannot be replicated in one-off sessions. There is:

- greater trust with more people
- shared understanding of each other’s work
- the ability to return to themes over time with your group

This allows the work to unfold more gradually, and often more meaningfully.

What investing in Group Coaching Supervision looks like...

These circles are formed with care.

Each group is intentionally small, and begins with a limited number of coaches who feel aligned with this way of working.

If this resonates, you’re welcome to reach out.
