A NOTE ON MY WORK
The work I do is not about finding the right answers. It is about creating space to look more closely at what is already happening.
Often, the most meaningful shifts come from becoming more aware — of how we are in our work, what we bring into our client relationships, and what may be shaping our responses in ways we don’t immediately see. Supervision offers a place for that kind of reflection.
A space that is thoughtful, grounded, and at times quietly challenging.
It is work that unfolds over time, and I find it deeply meaningful to be part of that process with other coaches.
I have been working as a coach and supervisor within both organisational and independent contexts for a number of years.
Alongside my own practice, I work as an associate coach and supervisor, supporting coaches and supervisors in training. This includes supervising coaches, as well as working with those developing as supervisors themselves.
My approach to supervision is informed by relational and developmental perspectives, including Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Existential and Transactional Analysis. These frameworks support a focus on awareness, patterns, and the dynamics that emerge within coaching relationships.
I hold professional coaching and supervision credentials and continue to engage in ongoing learning and development as part of my practice. I am actively working on my accreditations with EMCC.
If this resonates, you’re welcome to explore supervision sessions or get in touch.
