I'm a coach, mentor coach, and coach supervisor who believes that our growth as practitioners begins with the journey inward.
Over the years, I’ve come to see that technique alone doesn’t make a masterful coach—what truly transforms our practice is how we meet ourselves. I created this space to support coaches like you: thoughtful, committed, and seeking more than checkboxes.
Through my associate and private work, my mission is to call forth the highest expression of your voice, presence, and impact—because when we evolve, so does the world we serve.
We will discuss where you are currently at and which coaching support avenue will suit your current needs.
We will set goals and create a roadmap to help you reach your goal of coach (and self) mastery.
As a result, you'll feel more empowered, equipped, ethical, competent and credible as a professional coach.
I love my time spent with Melissa!! I didn’t know what to expect from our time together at first, and I was amazed at just how beneficial it was! Melissa is very easy-going and easily creates a safe space where I felt I could share my coaching concerns without fear of judgement. I would definitely recommend Melissa to anyone that is looking for an adept and masterful supervisor!

Melissa has been such a fantastic support. I am building my coaching practice and her coaching supervision brought clarity that I needed for a few important projects and now I feel set up for success. Melissa not only shared her insights with me, she opened a very safe space for exploration and diving deep into challenges that coaches usually have to deal with on their own such as price, offers and processing their own feelings after working with a client.

Working with Melissa as a Coaching Supervisor was an amazing experience. She is a very empathetic and compassionate, creating a safe environment where I could share my success and challenges while working with my clients as a Coach. Having this space and habit of reflection has been incredibly value to my work as a Coach. She is smart and intuitive, getting quickly to what was behind my actions & patterns and supporting me in building new behaviours and skills that allow me better results as Coach, having also a direct impact in my Client's transformations. I would completely recommend working with her to any Coach wanting to master in Coaching.

f you are looking for direction in your early stages of coaching, I can highly recommend Melissa. After one session, she helped me identify my strengths and the niche I would be best suited for as a start up coach. In doing so, I feel more confident in my decision in becoming a coach and my abilities to help my clients, rather than thinking that I have to know it all before taking the next step to begin coaching. Thank you very much Melissa.

Mentor coaching is a reflective and collaborative process designed to support your development as a coach—both in your skill and in your presence. It focuses on deepening your understanding and embodiment of the ICF Core Competencies, sharpening your listening and questioning, and cultivating your unique coaching voice.
Whether you're preparing for your credentialing or simply refining your practice, mentor coaching helps you grow in confidence, clarity, and alignment with the heart of coaching.
Coaching supervision is a reflective space for coaches to pause, step back, and look at their practice, not just in it. It offers a supportive environment to explore the dynamics of your client work, deepen your self-awareness, and stay ethically and emotionally resourced as a coach. Supervision holds space for insight, restoration, and professional growth—so you can continue showing up with clarity, integrity, and impact. It’s not about performance—it’s about presence, perspective, and being held as you hold others.
Both mentor coaching and supervision are offered in two formats to support your growth:
1:1 Sessions – Personalized 60-minute sessions tailored to your unique coaching journey, challenges, and development goals.
Group Sessions – Intimate 90-minute sessions with a small cohort of coaches, creating space for shared insight, reflection, and collective learning.
You can choose the format that suits you best—or blend both for a richer experience.
Mentor coaching and supervision are powerful professional development practices that help you deepen your impact, stay aligned with ethical standards, and grow your confidence as a coach. Benefits include:
Skill Refinement: Deepen your mastery of the ICF Core Competencies through supportive, constructive feedback.

Ethical Anchoring: Navigate complex coaching scenarios with a grounded, ethical lens.
Sustainability: Prevent burnout and build resilience by processing the emotional and relational demands of coaching.
